Pek Cam Kee Recipe
Ingredients:
1 chicken
3 cloves garlic
1 cm ginger
1 tsp salt
Water
2 tbsp salt (to rub chicken skin)
Cold water + ice cube
Sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp salty soy sauce
2 tsp sweet soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp mushroom broth powder
100 ml water
Topping Ingredients:
7 cloves garlic
1 cm ginger
