Get a 'behind the scenes' look with this short flight over Gunclub Landfill in northwest Atlanta.

Gunclub Landfill in north west Atlanta is a inactive and capped landfill now standing as a tall green mountain over the Brock Built neighborhood of Westhighlands.

A proposed golf course was scrapped in the late 2000s and now suspected contamination of nearby properties from the unofficial adjacent 'baby Gunclub landfill' has put close development in jeopardy.

Across Proctor creek is sprawling Westhighlands, a new Ashton Woods townhome development, and the City of Atlanta's under construction (as of June 2021) largest park: Westside Park.
