If there is wind you will no doubt see Kirstyn O'Brien out on her foil gliding through the water of Kite Beach in Cabarete, Dominican Republic. You see, she is on a mission to make it to the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. It's not confirmed yet, but it never hurts to be prepared.
