This time around we're looking at a unique version of the Varney F3; the Deluxe model with the rare V4 motor! Only produced for a short time, these were supposed to be the next big thing in HO scale diesels with high-end features and precision engineering, but then disappeared and were practically forgotten. In this video, I'll look through some of the model's history, give it a full restoration and then end with a review!
