Kheer Bhawani temple or Ragnya temple is a celebrated temple among Kashmiri Hindus .It is located in Tullla Mullla village approx 22kms from Srinagar.

On the eighth day of full moon in may ,devotees gather at kheerbhawani to observe fast.This ashtami day is known as Zethatham among Kashmiri Hindus .

It is believed that goddess Ragyna changes the colour of spring on this day.If it is black that means some sort of disaster will occur in Kashmir.Pure blue colour is always considered to be good omen.
