When we hire employees, they are normally on put on a 6-month probationary period. But sometimes, we disregard and don't put much importance on the probationary contract.

According to Atty. Vic Mariano, Managing Partner of Mariano & Partners Law Office, if you are not clear on the status of the employment upon hiring, such that you don't have a contract at all, the law assumes that the employee is a REGULAR EMPLOYEE right from the start!
