This workout will focus on a variety of movement patterns to help improve overall core strength. The goal of "CORE" training is to develop and maintain, muscular strength and flexibility for the entire trunk area, which includes; rectus abdominis, transverse abdominals (lower abs), the obliques as well as the lower back muscles.
Exercises will vary from modified levels to more challenging progressions with varying timed intervals from week to week.

Better core strength can help to provide you with better posture, better mobility and much more!
Train with our Coach Rebecca to assist you with developing a stronger core!


Warm-up and cool down are included.
All levels are welcome!
