3 Large Plumb Tomatos
½ Large Green Pepper
8 Green Chillies
50g Fresh Coriander
40g Salt
4xCups Of Oil
½ Cup Garlic & Ginger Paste

In a Large pot
3 Lt water
20 cardamon
5X 2inch stick
Cinnamon
10 Bay leave
2 Heap Tsp Fennel
Seed
2 Heap Tbsp Methi
Leaves

Add Spices
17g Turmeric
8g Cumin
10g paprika
9g Coriander
3g chilli powder
