Hi friends! In this video you'll learn how to DIY party/event decorations for $100! My family recently planned a surprise party for our grandmother. We wanted to make the day special for her even though we had to pinch some pennies!

~ Hobby Lobby: glitter, spray mod podge, scrapbook paper, table cloths
~ Michael's: twine, e6000 glue
~ JoAnne's: flowers
~ Dollar Tree: vases
