In this brief video I try to bring to light a common problem with cement tile roofing installations. On this roof someone stretched all the tile courses & exposed the nails to weather intrusion. This will certainly deteriorate the felt underlayment prematurely & eventually require reroofing this entire house. I don't go into detail about how I solved this problem without reroofing it but suffice it to say that there are few other options besides reroofing something that was installed improperly in the first place.
