Seahouses probably one of the most visited spots on the Northumberland coastline. Regular trip boats run from Seahouses when weather permits, taking visitors to the Farne Islands, with its ancient history of early Christianity and famed Grace Darling for her heroic seafaring rescue.
The Islands are home to an amazing variety of wildlife having many migratory species of seabirds and home to one of the largest colonies of grey seals. on the East Coast.
The Northumberland coastline boasts some of Britain's finest beaches with crystal clear waters and majestic long sandy beaches stretching for miles both North and South.
Bamburgh Castle lies just a few mile further North and Dunstanburgh Castle ruins approximately 10 miles further South of Seahouses.
