Not in the EE POOL where you may be lucky to get a provincial nomination which instantly gives you 600 additional points, and you can get ITA, land in Canada before the provisional License expires or if it expires before then, you surely do know you'd be IN MAPLE LAND SHORTLY, PASS NCLEX-RN, get the full licensure as well as make your money back...

If you are a USRN, YOU CAN PAY FOR THE PERMIT, as you'd be getting full licensure, and hopefully, with that, you can secure a job with sponsorship...

UKRNS may honestly not need the license until they have passed NCLEX-RN, except they already have immigration plans and they are certain they may land in Canada within 4months.

Above all, PASS NCLEX!!! IT OPENS A LOT OF DOORS AND OPPORTUNITIES ARE BETTER.
