Abu Asada aka Man Time Fitness from Maryland goes head-to-head with RodneyFit 202 from Washington, D.C in a epic heavyweight vs lightweight battle. 10 muscle ups, 15 dips with a 45 Pound/20KG plate and 15 barbell squats with 135 Pounds/60 KG all for 3 sets/rounds. And 20 pull ups with a 25 pound plate that has to be done unbroken. There is is 1 muscle up penalty for each rep not completed unbroken once the 20 pull ups is completed.
