Camels and their milk are an essential part of Somali culture. There is such a love and admiration for these beasts, due to their superiority in sustaining harsh conditions, providing meat, and of course their white liquid gold- Milk.
Their milk alone has sustained nomadic Somalis in times of extreme drought, this milk is full of numerous health benefits with high levels of nutrients and bioactive components.
