Hungary has been blocking the EU Peace Fund for a year, due mostly to Orban's long-term policy of supporting the Kremlin. Our guest Jowanka Jakubek-Lalik joins us to discuss a proposal by EU diplomacy chief Josep Borrell, who has suggested changing the fund's formula from mandatory to voluntary, which would result in Hungary not giving its money to the fund and therefore being unable to block disbursements. Unblocking the disbursements will will also allow Poland to be repaid for the equipment it supplied to Ukraine.
