Welcome to the first episode of Ice Cream Sundays with your Greater Palm Springs Realtor®, Jermaine Antonio! This August, we're switching things up from our usual Salad Sunday series and diving into the delicious world of homemade ice cream.

In this video, we’re making a classic favorite: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream. It’s creamy, rich, and packed with chunks of safe-to-eat cookie dough and milk chocolate. Perfect for a hot summer day!

Ingredients:
1 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Granulated Sugar
3 cups Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Cookie Dough (safe to eat raw)
Milk Chocolate Bar
Milk Chocolate Morsels

Instructions:
1. Dissolve the sugar into the milk.
2. Add the milk mixture into the heavy cream in a large bowl.
3. Add the vanilla extract and whisk until slightly thickened.
4. Pour the mix into your ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
5. 5-10 minutes before the ice cream is finished churning, add the cookie dough and chocolates to incorporate.
6. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until desired consistency.
