200gr Toor Dal
150gr Basmati Rice
3 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Big Size Onion
6 Green Chilli
2 Tbsp Salt
6 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
200gr Oil
2 Cup Birista
1 Bay Leaf

Haleem Masala Ingredients:-

4 Whole Red Chilli
1 Tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
¼ Tsp Hing
1 Tsp Black Salt
¼ Tsp Ajwain
1 Tsp Black Pepper Corn
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Flower Maice
2 Inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Black Cardmom
1 Star Anise
¼ Nutmeg

Garnishing Ingredients:-

Coriander Leaves
Green Chilli
Ginger Lemon
Chaat Masala
