✨ Bhindi Masala RecipeπŸ‘‡ :

Take 2tbps of oil in a pan
Add bhindi and fry them until they become softer

Add oil in in a pan
Add asafoetida (hing) and jeera
After that add chopped tomatoes
Saute them until they become softer
Add 1tbps haldi, Red chilli powder and 2tbps Coriander powder
Mix them well
Add kasuri methi and mix well
Then add fried bhindi , Mix well
Add 2 tbps curd , mix well
Add some garam masala and coriander leaves mix well
And let it cook for 15 minutes on low flame
