Remember when you could press start and be presented with tons of useful stuff? The start menus are mostly full of nonsense these days. So, we'll fix that up. Also, getting from the sound icon to the old sound control panel is a very difficult affair... but we'll fix that too. Lastly, we will improve the windows file explorer.
