Heading up California on Highway 395, we stopped for a few days in the Alabama Hills area. We've heard so much about this area and it's epic boondocking spots. It did not dissapoint!

We got to do a gorgeous hike up Mount Whitney to an Alpine Lake and play in a little snow!

Next we checked out the spot they filmed The Lone Ranger, along with many other movies, then checked out some arches that are in the area.

We capped it off by watching Tremors out in the desert where the movie was filmed. So cool!
