This is the proper way to wash and wax a standard mini-blind, using the method I've used for the last twenty-two years. This video shows a standard aluminum mini-blind. However, this method can also be used with PVC and faux wood blinds. DO NOT use on any natural wood blinds or fabric shades that could be damaged by excessive water.
