NATI
Nati is a popular folk dance of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. This dance is historically very popular in the districts of Kullu, Shimla, Sirmaur, Chamba, Kinnaur, Uttarkashi, Dehradun, and Tehri Garhwal. This dance reflects the local culture here.

Nati dance is a group dance in which both men and women participate. The dance begins with local instruments like dhol, nagada, shehnai, karnal, and narsinghe. During the dance, men and women stand facing each other and dance in a circle with their hands folded. They sing folk songs during the dance and express various emotions through the movements of their hands and feet.

The main purpose of Nati dance is to enjoy and celebrate. This dance is often performed at festivals, ceremonies, and other special occasions. Nati dance is an important part of the rich cultural heritage of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
