In this tutorial I go through how to model a Parapet Capping in Revit, including developing a fully Parametric Parapet Cap Profile Family from scratch which will allow users to easily place the Parapet Capping throughout and simply alter the shape and dimension requirements of the gutter within the Revit Project via the Type Properties which were developed in the family.
The tutorial also covers two way which users can use the family correctly within their Revit models to create the Parapet Capping / Flashing - the first of which is an In-Place Component Sweep and the Second is adding hte profile to the Wall Construction Assemblies.
