Tent camping at the Merced River with my German shepherd, Misha. This is in Madera County, less than an hour from my house 😊
At 1000 ft elevation, the winters are mild. Beautiful river and mountains, there are 3 campgrounds, fishing and gold panning! There Is also a very long trail called Merced River Trail, Its long but easy as there Is no elevation gain, just a pretty path along the river
