The fourth action is related to the Movement of Slide and Disconnector. The fifth action is related to Hammer Strut, Main Spring, Main Spring Cap, and Hammer rotation.

Actually a person has got nothing to do with the loading. Loading of the gun is always done automatically. Irrespective of the fact that whether it is a first round, second round or later rounds.

But there is a very special thing that you will notice in this video about Working Mechanism Behind Gun Colt 1911 A1. And that is, At the time when Slide returned to its initial position because of Recoil Spring. The hammer should have also returned to its initial position because of Main Spring. But that didn't happen. This is mainly because of the fact that, when Hammer is taking a turn, it is also getting engaged with the sear. Thus, the only reason why Hammer didn't return to its initial position is because of Sear. Just FYI (for your information), Leaf Spring is the same spring which is used in the suspension of the vehicle. The only thing is that it is in a little form here in the gun.
