1977 Honda CB550 Cafe racer we are making 2 new "direct fit" seats! A street tracker style and a retro padded cafe racer style. Both will fit the bike without cutting up the stock frame. This video is about making motorcycle seat molds, vacuum forming the seat pans, seat upholstery and a general overview of the seat making process at TUFFSIDE.
The entire process took about 2.5 weeks so its not something we do for every single motorcycle. If its not on our website, we don't currently make it.
We have many other seat styles and models on our website if you are looking for something a little different than shown in this video. Most are universal style seats that can be easily fit to most vintage style bikes.
