The beginning of the Declaration of Independence states that “…all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” We are grateful for all of those who have served this country and given their lives to uphold this ideal; to create a world where we can all live in freedom and equality, a place where our status isn’t determined based on the streets we live but on the undeniable quality God has created us out of.
