I spent a week in Salerno and I couldn't miss the opportunity to fish with the BOLOGNESE.
On the first day, Michele, my friend Pio Carmine and I organized ourselves for a catch on the Sorrento Coast. The clear water and the rocky seabed have created many difficulties in finding the correct set-up and at the end of the day, between a few glimpses and a cephalotto, I manage to take a good windlass.
In the following days I decide to spend my days on a cliff in Salerno.
Here, too, I have a bit of difficulty in assessing the conditions well given the presence of a freshwater mouth, with a surface current contrary to that of the sea. I decide to change my set-up by fishing in detention always with maggots in the wake of pasture and here I begin to see the first bites of sea bass. I manage to catch two of them, but they are so mischievous in eating the bait that one unravels me as I am about to pick it up.
Unfortunately the week ends with few catches, even trying to set the sun the activity of the fish was nil.
