Mutton Kaleji Masala / Mutton Liver Masala

Ingredients

250 gms Mutton Liver (Kaleji)
One tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Cloves
1 Small stick of Cinnamon
1 Green Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
6 Black Pepper Corns
3 to 4 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin
2 Finely Chopped Onions
3 Tbsp Curd
1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
2 Green Chillies
Some Coriander Leaves
add ¼ cup hot water
