Welcome to my latest video and also to a new Day Ranger video!

For today's adventure, I travelled up to Newcastle and did my very first Tyne and Tees Day Ranger!

I was in for a treat today as, due to the WCML being shut in the Carstairs area for engineering work, freight was being diverted onto the ECML, bringing with it double headed DRS freight, worked by 88-68 locomotives!

I also managed to capture a light locomotive, worked by 6, class 66s as well as what ended up being my last sighting of a CrossCountry HST!

The Ranger also enabled me to film at stations I've not filmed at before!
