⭐️ Stabilized whipped cream can keep the form for a couple of hours at room temperature. And it can be kept in the fridge and used for 1-2 days.

⭐️ Nguyên liệu/ Ingredients:

*** Method 1 - Cách 1:
200gr whipping cream - 200gr kem tươi
35gr icing/powdered sugar - 35gr đường bột
2gr gelatin leave (Dr Oetker brand) - 2gr gelatin dạng lá (Dr Oetker)
40ml whole milk - 40ml sữa tươi không đường

*** Cách 2/Method 2:
60gr cream cheese (Philadelphia brand) - 60gr phô mai kem (Philadelphia)
30gr icing/powdered sugar - 30gr đường bột
180gr whipping cream - 180gr kem tươi
