Costs 30 stamina to run with a max of 3 of ANY of the bosses per weekly reset. Besides the traces drops, the gear drops, lucent afterglow, and also chance at light cones to me seem quite worth it. Since I started playing at basically launch, doing these every week I have had 5 light cones drop total, so do not expect them.

Shadow of Feixiao and Ecliptic Inner Beast:

This boss was surprisingly hard. A big thing is just keep breaking all the parts. It will remove her damage taken shield and also bumps all your allies up in terms of order placement.

I forgot to use food but would recommend using some. Both Asta and Gallagher are amazing in this fight for how much they break toughness. March is super solid, mine has what I would consider very well geared. My Xueyi is actually pretty meh geared, probably should have used someone else. I honestly think she is just too tough to gear up to what you would want. Which is too bad because I like her style. My Sushang would have probably done better.

With a couple 5 stars, you'll be able to break through this fight pretty easy but it is viable with 4 stars.
