Hi everyone,

We made this video walking around Kemer’s center as well as the beach area on April 20, 2022.
Kemer is a resort town located in the Southwest of Antalya. We took the dolmuş/minibus from Konyaaltı and the round trip was about 54 TL/person. Even though Kemer is only 30 km away it takes almost an hour to get there because the dolmuş drives along other resorts towns on the way and picks up passengers from the hotels there but overall it was a convenient ride.
Kemer itself is not a huge town but has a decent size and the streets and the beach area are kept nicely so we would definitely recommend a day trip here. It seems also to be a popular holiday spot as some of the hotels we saw were already very busy with tourists. There are also a lot of renovations going on at the moment so we guess that from next month on it’s getting a lot busier.
In Kemer it seems to be all about beach life and shopping. Most of the center has been converted into an Open-Air-Bazaar and it’s all very modern and clean. You’ll find lots of shops selling clothing, bags, sweets, souvenirs, etc. so this place might be a great ‘one-stop shop’ to get all your souvenir shopping done. Also the sellers were very relaxed and we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything.

So go check out Kemer if you have a chance and we hope you will enjoy this video!
