Victoria's Secret Vanilla Bean & Macadamia is a nutty, soft vanilla that's going to be smell delicious layered with your fall gourmand perfumes. The vaniila here is a pure vanilla bean, it's not at all cakey or sticky sweet. This is absolutely a nutty vanilla. I love that they added the macadamia nut -- the slight bitterness in the nut adds some contrast to the vanilla and makes this such a refined gourmand. This fragrance is going to layer so well with almond and nutty scents. Compared to Sol de Janeiro's Cheirosa 62, Victoria's Secret Vanilla Bean & Macadamia lacks the salted caramel and that sharp quality. So they are different. I do, however, feel like you can skip the body mist because the fragrance is the weakest there. Instead, I recommend the lotion and the shimmer body oil, and the shimmer body butter. I rate this scent an 8/10.
