Ingredients
Chicken 1kg
Yogurt 1cup
Cummin seeds crushed 1 tablespoon
Red Chili powder 2 tablespoon
Salt 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Method

First, wash the chicken in a bowl, then add a cup of curd in a bowl, and now add garlic and ginger paste, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, chopped white cumin, turmeric powder and a tablespoon of white vinegar and mix. And now add this mixture to the chicken and mix it and marinate it for an hour. Now heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken and fry it on low heat and cook it until the chicken is cooked and when the chicken is cooked. Serve hot with ketchup
