The Dragon Pandemic has started! 🐲 The highly anticipated Perth Mint Lunar Year of the Dragon coins have just been released. This typically marks the beginning of buying frenzy for lunar coins, and as with previous issues, sees numerous reviews, comments and predictions from the precious metals community.

Unlike most years before, the buzz amongst the community have been fairly mixed, with many sharing their disapproval with the design of the dragon. Content creators have shared similar sentiments so with the arrival of these Dragons, I wasted no time in getting a few so that I can share my thoughts on this issue.

To be honest (I mentioned this in the video), I thought the coin looked better in my hands than in the pictures released by the Mint. The design looks very different from the previous Lunars and if I didn't know any better, I would have assumed this Dragon is from a different series.
