1杯=200ml
14~15片

中筋麵粉300克(2+1/2 杯)
鹽3克 (1/2小勺)
白糖15克(1大勺)
冰水120克(8大勺)
無鹽黃油(冷藏的)220克(14大勺+2小勺)

烘烤:
烤箱預熱15分鐘
180°C 烤15~18分鐘
翻面烤10~12分鐘

Recipe :
1cup=200ml
14~15 pieces

All-purpose flour 300g(2+1/2 cup)
Salt 3g(1/2 tsp)
Sugar 15g(1 tbsp)
Iced water 120g(8 tbsp)
220g unsalted butter (refrigerated)(14 tbsp+2 tsp)

bake:
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes
Bake at 180°C for 15 to 18 minutes
Flip and bake for 10 to 12 minutes
