3) Sociometry Technique:
✓ Developed by Jacob L. Moreno.
✓ It is the method of measuring social relationship exist among the members of a group.
✓ It helps to describe the structure of social relations, patterns of friendship, acceptance and rejections between the members of a group.
✓ Ite developed sociogram relationship. - a graphic representation of relationship.
✓ It is used to Identify :-
(1) Star- most accepted person in a group.
(2) Cliques - Three or more persons within a group who are close and chose each other.
(3) Isolates - Least/lowest accepted persons in a lowest group.
4) Focus Group discussion:
✓ It is a method of qualitative research used to understand the people's thoughts and feelings.
✓ It is the discussion between a small group of persons (focus group) with a trained moderator (conductor).
✓ It is usually conducted by inviting 06 to 10 people to gather for a few hours with a trained moderator to talk about the product, service or organization.
✓ The participants are asked about their perceptions, ideas, beliefs and opinion about certain aspects.
