The residential area of Hannam-dong, which goes up from Hangangjin Station to Namsan, is a neighborhood where Korean conglomerates live.

Right next to the Leeum Museum of Art is the mansion of Lee Jae-yong, chairman of the Samsung Group, and a little further up is the huge mansion recently built by SK Chairman Chey Tae-won.

On the site adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel, the mansions of Lee Myung-hee, chairman of Shinsegae, and Jeong Yong-jin, the owner of the SSG baseball team, are attached side by side.

Next to Samsung Town in Itaewon, where the Samsung family excluding Lee Jae-yong lives, there is a detached house of BTS Jungkook under construction.

The detached house of Song Joong-ki, the main character of the drama “The youngest son of a conglomerate family, (Reborn Rich)” is right in front of Samsung’s guesthouse, Seungjiwon.
It is a house that I started building to live with Song Hye-kyo, but ended up living with Katy Louise Saunders.

After passing Gyeongnidan-gil and going up a little further toward Seoul Tower, you can see Narae Park's persimmon tree, which appeared in "I Live Alone" a while ago.
