T3 is the strongest thyroid hormone in the body and the hormone that you should be most concerned about if you are interested in having more energy, having a normal metabolism, and having a lean physique.

It's also just so happens to be the most important measure of thyroid function in patients with thyroid disease.

And it's for this reason that I want to talk about how you can get more of this important hormone, the all-natural way:

1. Take zinc and selenium
Both zinc and selenium act as cofactors for the enzymes that help your body convert T4 into T3.

Get my recommended T4 to T3 conversion booster supplement with zinc and selenium in the right forms and doses here: https://www.restartmed.com/product/t3...

2. Improve your gut health
Approximately 20% of all T3 is converted in the gut and the bacteria here also help recycle T3 for the entire body.

3. Lower reverse T3 levels
High reverse T3 means low free T3. If you lower reverse T3 you will automatically increase free T3.

4. Check and optimize liver health
60% of T3 is converted and created in the liver making it the most important organ for T3 function.

5. Check your iron and ferritin
Low iron means low T4 and T3. Check and replace if needed.

6. Take an adaptogen
Stress is a killer of T3 but adaptogens can help your body manage and tolerate stress.

7. Take iodine
Iodine is essential for creating T3, if you don't have enough then both T4 and T3 will be impaired.

If all else fails and you've tried everything on this list then your next step is to give T3-only thyroid medication a try.
