भक्त निवास हे गणपती मंदिरापासून १.५ किमी अंतरावर आहे. तिथे जाण्यासाठी रिक्षा देखील उपलब्ध आहेत. तीन मजल्याच्या या इमारतीत एकूण ७२ रूम पैकी एसी १५ आणि नॉन एसी ५७ रूम, तसेच ११ डॉरमेटरी ने सुसज्ज असे भक्तनिवास आहे. तसेच लिफ्ट सुविधा, जनरेटर बॅकअप सुविधा आहे. एका वेळी ६०० भाविकांची या ठिकाणी निवासाची व्यवस्था होवू शकते. तसेच सकाळी अल्पोपहार आणि संध्याकाळी जेवणाचीही व्यवस्था इथे चांगल्या पध्दतीने केली आहे.
