The Sacral chakra mantra is Vam (pronounced Vum) If we can practice expanding our conscious awareness into the energy and vibration of the mantra and colour from the sacral chakra, we begin to understand the space around us that we access to communicate with the spirit world and deepen our connection with our own soul.

When we open our energy centres (chakras) we begin the flow of connection with the divine and the spirit world. Some of these energy centres are directly connected with our clairs: Our solar plexus is connected with our clairsentience (feeling consciousness). Our throat chakra is connected with our clairaudience (hearing consciousness), Our third eye charka is connected with our clairvoyance (seeing consciousness) and our crown chakra is directly connected with our claircognizance (clear knowing/mind consciousness)
When we develop our understanding and realise that our senses are centres of pure consciousness, we can connect to them and the spirit world more easily by expanding our awareness into the space around us.
