Hello and welcome to DAGS Leather! In this video we’ll be working with a utility pouch bag made out of orange and gray leathers. This custom made project was commissioned by a friend of mine and is one of five pieces of a family of products. The idea was to create a portable office set that included a large briefcase, two utility pouch bags, a mouse pad, and a mini board handle, all of which are going to be shown in the channel.

The bag was crafted using the same techniques I’ve always used on the channel but since I was working in a closed space with a larger piece for the first time, which was the briefcase, I felt it was a good opportunity to try out and test the Aquilim water based glue that I bought a few months ago. So alongside the videos I mentioned we’ll be looking at how this glue behaves and I’ll be doing a complete review of the glue after a few more tests on it, along with the experience of these projects. This specific pouch, however, was crafted using the same glue I always use.
