In this video, we make rye-wheat, from whole grain flour, with rye sourdough.

For this recipe we need:
150 gr. rye sourdough at its peak
450 gr. warm water into the dough
650 gr. whole grain rye flour
260 g water in the dough (+100 on the moisture capacity of flour)
350 gr. whole wheat flour
12-15 gr. salt
