Today I bring you this delicious and simple 1 kilogram cake, so that those of you who have a bread maker with a minimum weight of 1 kilogram can also enjoy this sweet recipe. If you dare to prepare it, you will surely be happy 🙂🙂 It is really delicious 😋😋

Ingredients:
-1 yogurt of 125 grams (in this recipe I use a soy strawberry flavor, but you can use the type of yogurt that you like the most)
-5 eggs of size L (at room temperature)
-300 grams of sugar
-300 grams of all-purpose wheat flour
-A pinch of salt
-150 milliliters of mild olive oil (or sunflower)
-1 sachet of 15 grams of baking powder
-1 tablespoon of orange zest
-1 tablespoon of lemon zest
-Butter without salt (to grease the bucket)
-Icing sugar to sprinkle the cake (optional)
