What do you do when there has been a heavy raining the summer? I am at Lake Norman in NC. This is a spotted bass and largemouth fishery. There has been a lot of rain in this area the water is muddy! I need to figure out weather the bass are still deep or shallow. Do they really flood the banks when it is rising water or stay deep?
