Sunday bake day

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2/3 cup softened butter
3/4 cup superfine sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
food coloring (optional)
toppings (optional)

Bake at 175C for 18-20mins
