Ingredients for Egg Malai Curry

4 boiled egg cut into half piece each
300 ml milk
2 onion chopped
3 green chillies
1 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste
15 broken cashews
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 black pepper powder
1 tsp of garam masala
5 tbsp of cooking oil
Handful of coriander leafs chopped
1.5 tsp Salt to taste

1/2 தேக்கரண்டி கருப்பு மிளகு தூள்
1 தேக்கரண்டி கரம் மசாலா
5 மேஜை கரண்டி சமையல் எண்ணெய்
கையளவு கொத்தமல்லி இலை நறுக்கியது
1.5 தேக்கரண்டி உப்பு சுவைக்கு
