The “well fed” buff lasts anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour, and while nearly every special food gives this well fed buff, the buff is different between each food you eat, and in this video we’ll be looking at some of the most unique and helpful food buffs throughout WoW all the way up to and including the current expansion, SL.

Let’s talk a little bit about the different types of food buffs. Most food provides players with buffs to the basic stats, intelligence, agility, strength, or stamina. While others provide buffs to secondary stats like mastery, critical strike, haste, and versatility. However, some of the more rare buffs from food include speed, size, and special DPS or healing abilities. Finally, we’ll be ignoring zone-specific or area specific buffs you can only get from the environment or only from quests since those are a whole other video itself.
