Welcome back to our pasta series, this week Steve is teaming up with his son Theo to make some amazing ravioli. He reverse engineered the blueprint of traditional pasta and made a vegan version. This can be adapted to many recipes but combined with this vegan spinach ricotta this recipe is sure to impress everyone who tries it.
